Getting Started
I believe that the relationship we build together is at the heart of meaningful change. Before we ever meet, I want you to feel welcomed, informed, and at ease. Here’s everything you need to know ahead of your first appointment.
Complete the contact form and share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll respond by email to schedule your intake appointment — or, if you’d prefer, we can arrange a brief phone call to see if we’re a good fit before we begin.

How to Work With Me
2
COMPLETE YOUR INTAKE PAPERWORK
A chance to share your personal history and how you’re hoping to benefit from our work together.
1
REACH OUT TO GET STARTED
Share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy right now — there is no need to have it all figured out.
3
YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
Unhurried by design — we’ll talk about what’s on your heart and mind, and begin to explore your goals together.
Investment & Fees
My practice is not contracted with any insurance companies. I accept HSA and FSA cards, as well as all major credit cards. An active credit card is required to be on file at all times; if you primarily use an FSA or HSA card, a secondary card is required as backup.
I provide a monthly Superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Contact your provider to learn about your out-of-network reimbursement rates.

Good Faith Estimate
Under the law, health care providers must give patients who are not using insurance an estimate of expected costs before services are rendered. As my client, you have the right to a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency mental health services.
This estimate must be provided in writing at least one business day before your appointment. You may also request one before scheduling. If your bill exceeds the estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute it.
Please save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. For more information, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises or call HHS at (800) 985-3059.
